Warranty

Action Sports Company (ASC) warrants to the original purchaser that if there are any defects in materials or workmanship during the ownership period of the original owner, (ASC), at its sole discretion, will repair or replace the defective pool table part or parts without charge.  This warranty does not include the pool tables pockets, rail cushion or cloth.  The slate supplied by ASC is guaranteed to have been machined flat and meets the BCA standards. The billiards playing surface is guaranteed to remain flat provided it has been properly installed, shimmed and maintained. ASC reserves the right to repair minor faults, which are inherent in the slate.

Should any defect of materials or workmanship appear during the warranty period, notice of defect should be forwarded immediately to ASC.  All claims must be made to ASC.  Parts deemed to be defective should be returned to ASC, at owner’s expense.  If the pool table parts are determined by ASC to be defective, they will be repaired or replaced and returned, prepaid by conventional surface freight.  Any costs or charges incurred to disassemble, prepare for return and reassemble will be the responsibility of the owner.  Replacement or repair of defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the product. 

The above warranties do not apply if defect, judged by ASC, occurred as a result of normal wear and tear, accidental damage, alteration, misuse, abuse, neglect or natural calamity of the parts affected.  ASC’s obligation hereunder is voided if the billiard table is installed by anyone other than ASC or an authorized ASC dealer or factory approved service agent.  

The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or limited.  ASC neither assumes nor authorized any person to assume for ASC any other obligations or liability in connection with said billiard table. This warranty is not transferable by the original owner.
